Some of the next countries on the list were France, Spain, and the Netherlands. On the other side of the spectrum, Romania and Lithuania were at the bottom of this ranking, as NPLs in these countries were valued at less than 70 euros per person. The volume of total loans per capita in Europe followed a similar distribution across the selected countries.
